摘 要:目的探究改良容积黏度测试(VVST-CV)在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2021年7月江西省人民医院收治的80例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组患者采用VVST-CV评估吞咽功能,对照组予以洼田饮水试验评估吞咽功能。比较两组营养状态、吞咽功能评分(FOIS)、非特异性生活质量量表(SF-36)及安全性。结果观察组干预后总蛋白、白蛋白及血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后FOIS及SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VVST-CV在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者应用中可有效保障患者营养需求,尽早实现经口进食,降低吞咽障碍程度,利于制定更加科学、精准且个性化的饮食方案,改善营养状况,避免因进食不当或未进食等导致的营养不良或吸入性肺炎等发生,从而提升患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of the modified volume viscosity test(VVST-CV)in patients with swallowing disorders after stroke.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with swallowing disorders admitted to the Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from August 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The observation group patients were evaluated for swallowing function using VVST-CV,while the control group was evaluated for swallowing function using Wada drinking water test.The nutritional status,functional oral intake scale(FOIS),short form-36 health survey(SF-36),and safety between two groups.Results The total protein,albumin,and hemoglobin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the FOIS and SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than the 25.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of VVST-CV in patients with dysphagia after stroke can effectively guarantee the nutritional needs of patients,achieve oral feeding as early as possible,reduce the degree of dysphagia,help to formulate more scientific,accurate and personalized diet,improve the nutritional status,avoid malnutrition or inhalation pneumonia caused by improper or non eating,and thus improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
