摘 要:公立医院绩效考核工作是当前医改的重头戏,也是医院人力资源管理的有效措施。随着新医改推进,绩效考核成为公立医院优化人力资源配置、合理使用财政资金、提高职工收入和促进可持续高质量发展的重要举措。文章从公立医院绩效考核现状以及存在的问题作为研究内容展开研究,凝练概括了绩效考核的基本涵义,并以安徽省某三甲公立医院为例介绍了该院开展绩效考核工作的现状。通过对公立医院绩效考核工作深入分析,针对医院现行绩效考核工作中存在的问题,提出对策建议和完善措施。建议公立医院持续优化绩效考核措施和流程,确定考核标准与目标内容,通过强化绩效评价结果的运用,循序推进公立医院各项制度建设,注重理论与实践相结合,以期进一步完善公立医院绩效考核政策,为医院发展提供可行性的理论支持,让公立医院快速适应新医改发展要求,促进可持续和高质量发展。The performance evaluation of public hospitals is a major focus of the current healthcare reform and an effective measure for hospital human resource management.With the promotion of the new medical reform,performance evaluation has become an important measure for public hospitals to optimize human resource allocation,make reasonable use of financial funds,increase employee income,and promote sustainable and high-quality development.The article conducts research on the current situation and existing problems of performance evaluation in public hospitals,summarizes the basic meaning of performance evaluation,and introduces the current situation of performance evaluation work in a tertiary public hospital in Anhui Province as an example.Through in-depth analysis of the performance evaluation work in public hospitals,suggestions and improvement measures are proposed to address the existing problems in the hospital's current performance evaluation work.It is recommended that public hospitals continue to optimize performance evaluation measures and processes,determine evaluation standards and target content,strengthen the application of performance evaluation results,gradually promote the construction of various systems in public hospitals,pay attention to the combination of theory and practice,in order to further improve the performance evaluation policies of public hospitals,provide feasible theoretical support for hospital development,and enable public hospitals to quickly adapt to the development requirements of the new medical reform,Promote sustainable and high-quality development.
