摘　　要：平衡膳食与儿童健康成长关系密切,儿童及其看护人膳食健康信息素养对儿童饮食行为、饮食结构、喂养方式等具有积极影响,然而当前儿童及看护人存在膳食知识不足、信息意识不强,且应用能力较弱情况。针对这一现状,文章提出将SCQA模型应用到儿童膳食健康信息素养教育内容中。SCQA模型是一种结构化工具,通过结构化的叙事方式,增加学习者兴趣和阅读意愿。在分析儿童和看护人的学习特点基础上,得出SCQA模型契合看护人的儿童膳食健康信息学习特点,并满足儿童膳食健康信息学习认知构建过程。构建基于SCQA模型的儿童膳食健康信息素养教育内容,主要包括四种结构表达方法:正常顺序SCA、开门见山ASC、突出忧虑CSA和突出信心QSCA。教育内容涵盖儿童膳食健康各方面知识,并依托网络平台进行广泛传播。Balanced diet is closely related to children's healthy growth.Children's and their caregivers'dietary health information literacy has a positive impact on children's dietary behavior,dietary structure,feeding methods,etc.However,children and caregivers are lack of dietary knowledge,information awareness and application ability.In view of the situation,the article proposes the SCQA model to the content of children's diet health information literacy education.The SCQA model is a structured tool that enhances learners'refreshing reading willingness.Based on the learning characteristics of children and caregivers,it is concluded that the SCQA model fits the caregiver's learning characteristics of children's dietary health information,and satisfies the cognitive construction process of children's dietary health information learning.The construction of children's dietary health information literacy education mainly includes four content structure,SCA,ASC,CSA and QSCA.The content covers all aspects of children's dietary health knowledge and is widely disseminated by network.
