摘 要:针对智能集成制动系统在研发测试阶段使用实车测试时整改成本高、周期较长、复现性差的问题,通过分析智能集成制动系统的结构和原理,建立整车的数学模型,设计一套基于NI VeriStand硬件在环系统的智能集成制动系统实时仿真测试平台,通过搭建车辆的实时仿真模型代替实际车辆对控制器进行实时仿真测试。通过基础制动测试,完成了助力器的建压能力以及基本运行逻辑的检测;通过完成相应条件激活ABS、TCS功能,检测特殊工况下制动系统在各个轮端的建压情况。测试结果表明:在车间环境下,测试系统依然能够高效地验证智能集成制动系统的控制逻辑和策略,为车辆制动控制器的开发提供了安全高效的测试手段,使得验证测试流程更加完备。In allusion to the problems of high rectification cost,long cycle and poor reproducibility when the intelligent integrated braking system is tested in the real vehicle during the research and development stage,the mathematical model of the whole vehicle is established by analysing the structure and principle of the intelligent integrated braking system,and a set of realtime simulation test platform of the intelligent integrated braking system based on the NI VeriStand hardware-in-the-loop system is designed.The real-time simulation test on the controller is conducted by building the real-time simulation model of the vehicle instead of the actual vehicle.By means of the basic brake test,the pressure building capacity and basic operation logic of the booster are tested.The ABS and TCS functions are activated by completing corresponding conditions to detect the pressure buildup of the braking system at each wheel end under special working conditions.The testing system can still efficiently verify the control logic and strategy of the intelligent integrated braking system in the workshop environment,providing a safe and efficient testing method for the development of vehicle braking controllers,and making the verification testing process more complete.
