摘  要:产学研融合实践教育是校企共建实践平台和产学研创新平台共同搭建的多元化教学平台,为高校本科生教育构建多层次立体化教学体系。针对目前高校园艺专业实践创新教育存在的若干问题,本项目从本科生实践能力培养课程体系、课程体系的交叉与融合、双导师双环境教学团队和产学研平台建设四方面,初步探索出一套产学研合作人才培养的模式。结合校企联合评价体系的建立,在实践教育全过程中进行关键点控制和评价,调动学生主动学习的积极性,提高学生的实践创新能力,为提升园艺专业本科生实践创新能力搭建桥梁作用。Industry-university-research practical education base is a diversified teaching platform jointly built by schools-enterprises platform and industry-university-research innovation platform,which constructs a multi-level and three-dimensional teaching system for undergraduate education in colleges and universities.In view of the problems existing in the practical education of horticulture specialty in colleges and universities,this project explores a set of training mode of industry university research cooperation talents from four aspects:undergraduate practical ability training curriculum system,intersection and integration of curriculum system,double tutor and double environment teaching team and the construction of industry university research platform.Combined with the establishment of the school-enterprise joint evaluation system,we carry out key point control and evaluation in the whole process of practical education,mobilizing students'enthusiasm for active learning and improving students'practical innovation ability,to build a bridge for improving the practical innovation ability of horticultural undergraduates.
