摘  要:教学诊断与改进工作对提高高职院校教育教学质量起到至关重要的作用,它是实现高质量技术技能人才培养目标的关键内容,同时也是职业教育改革发展的必然要求。本文将PDCA质量循环理论应用于高职园林技术专业的教学诊断与改进工作过程中,明确该模式对于教学诊改工作的重要作用,结合专业实际情况,从计划、执行、检查、改进四个阶段提出诊改工作的具体流程和措施,实现教学质量的螺旋式提升,促进专业的长远发展与自我提升,从而有效提高园林技术专业的人才培养质量。Teaching diagnosis and improvement play a vital role in improving the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.It is the key content to achieve the goal of training high-quality technical skills personnel,and also the inevitable requirement of the reform and development of vocational education.This paper will apply PDCA quality cycle theory to the process of higher vocational garden technology professional teaching diagnosis and improvement work,clear the model for the important role of teaching work,combined with the actual situation of professional,from the planning,execution,inspection,improve the four stages of specific process and measures,realize the spiral of teaching quality,promote the long-term development of professional and self-improvement,so as to effectively improve the quality of garden technology professional talent cultivation.
