摘　　要：在高质量发展背景下,探讨体育社团如何全面深化改革,尤其是如何通过履行社会责任提升组织绩效,具有重要意义。基于相关理论构建体育社团履行社会责任影响利益相关者满意和政府培育,进而影响其组织绩效的理论模型,提出相关假设。通过问卷调查并结合结构方程模型,对所提假设进行了验证,主要研究结果是:(1)体育社团积极履行政治责任、治理责任、服务责任与发展责任,能显著提升组织绩效,其中,治理责任的影响较大,政治责任的直接影响较小;(2)体育社团履行社会责任能够显著提升利益相关者的满意度、更容易得到政府的认可和培育;(3)利益相关者满意、政府培育在体育社团通过履行社会责任提升组织绩效的过程中起到中介作用;(4)政府要完善体育社团履行社会责任的规划、评价、监督、激励、问责等推进机制,增强体育社团的社会责任意识。研究结论明晰了体育社团履行社会责任以提升组织绩效的传导作用,为我国体育社团的发展提供了理论参考。In the context of achieving high-quality development in China,it is of great significance to explore the comprehensive deep-ening of reform in sports association and how to improve organizational performance by fulfilling social responsibilities.Based on rel-evant theories,construct a theoretical model for sports association to fulfill their social responsibilities,which affects stakeholder satisfaction and government cultivation,and thus affects their organizational performance,and propose relevant hypotheses.The hy-pothesis was validated through a questionnaire survey combined with a structural equation model.The main research results are as follows:(1)Sports clubs actively fulfill their political,governance,service,and development responsibilities,which can significant-ly improve organizational performance,among them,the impact of governance responsibility is relatively large,while the direct im-pact of political responsibility is relatively small;(2)Sports clubs fulflling their social responsibilities can significantly improve the satisfaction of stakeholders and make it easier for them to be recognized and nurtured by the government;(3)Stakeholder satisfac-tion and government cultivation play a mediating role in the process of sports clubs improving organizational performance by fulflling their social responsibilities;(4)The government should improve the planning,evaluation,supervision,incentive and accountability mechanisms for sports associations to fulfill their social responsibilities,and enhance their awareness of social responsibility.The re-search conclusion clarifies the transmission role of sports association in fulflling social responsibilities to improve organizational per-formance,and provides theoretical reference for the development of sports association in China.
