摘　　要：清平猪作为湖北省地方优良畜禽品种,是国家级地方猪种资源保护品种之一。本文通过对宜昌市清平猪保种场猪瘟、伪狂犬病净化技术探索研究,通过结合猪场实际制定“一场一册”,采取检测→淘汰→免疫→监测→净化的技术路线以及检疫、消毒、隔离、淘汰、无害化处理等综合防控措施,按照净化技术方案,严格监督执行到位,清除持续感染猪瘟带毒猪和猪群内伪狂犬病的显性及隐性感染猪只,逐步达到净化标准,并对净化效果进行评估,提高猪群整体健康水平,为该项技术推广提供有力技术支撑,同时也为全市生猪产业绿色发展奠定基础。Qingping pig,an excellent locallivestock and poultry breed in Hubei,has national significance for resource preservation.The purification technology for swine fever and pseudorabies at Qingping pig breeding farm in Yichang was studied.And combined with the actual situation of the pig farm,the devised approach"one factory and one handbook"was used,with technical route of detection→elimination→immunization→monitoring→purification.It included a range of comprehensive prevention and control measures such as quarantine,disinfection,isolation,elimination,and harmless treatment.Which were strictly supervised and implemented in accordance with the purification technical plan.The objective waso to eradicate both overt and latent infections of swine fever virus and pseudorabies within the pig population,progressively achieving purification standards.The assessment of purification effectiveness,alongside enhancing the overall health of the pig population,facilitated the production of healthy breeding and reserve pigs.This study not only provides strong technical support for the dissemination of these methods but also lays a foundation for the sustainable development of the pig industry in Yichang.
