摘　　要：目的 探讨冰硼散联合蒙脱石散治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年3月至2022年1月就诊于该院口腔科复发性口腔溃疡患者50例,采用随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组患者单纯采用冰硼散药物外敷溃疡面,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合蒙脱石散,比较2组患者口腔溃疡疼痛评分、炎性指标、有效率及复发率之间的差异。结果 观察组患者口腔溃疡疼痛评分、炎性指标水平、复发率均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 冰硼散联合蒙脱石散外敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡可有效缓解溃疡疼痛,加快溃疡愈合,并降低口腔溃疡复发率,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bingpeng powder combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods A total of 50 patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in the Department of Stomatology of this hospital from March 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random drawing method,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were simply treated with Bingpeng powder on the ulcer surface,and patients in the observation group were treated with Bingpeng powder combined with montmorillonite powder on the basis of routine external application,and the differences of pain scores,inflammatory index,effective rate and recurrence rate of oral ulcer were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of oral ulcer,inflammatory index of oral ulcer and recurrence rate of oral ulcer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Bingpeng powder combined with montmorillonite powder can effectively relieve ulcer pain,accelerate ulcer healing,and reduce the recurrence rate of oral ulcer,with good therapeutic effect.
