摘　　要：胃癌是起源于胃黏膜上皮的恶性肿瘤,是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,但因缺乏特异性标志物,早期诊断困难,其发病率及死亡率均居高不下,严重影响人类身心健康。目前有多种标志物诊断体系,但无统一标准,该文对胃癌相关的血清学标志物做一综述,为胃癌患者的临床诊治提供参考。Gastric cancer(GC)is a malignant tumor originatingfrom gastric mucosal epithelium.It is one of the common malignant tumors ofthe digestive tract.However,due to the lack of specific markers,early diagnosisis difficult,and its morbidity and mortality are high,which seriously affects human physical and mental health.At present,there are various diagnostic systems of markers,but there is no uniform standard.This article reviewed the serological markers related to gastric cancer,and provided a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer patients.
