摘　　要：本文报道一例34岁女性宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌病例,镜下见弥漫分布的小圆形细胞,胞质少,核深染,核仁不明显;免疫组织化学显示胰岛素瘤相关蛋白1(insulinoma-associated protein 1,INSM1)、CD56等特异性的标志物阳性,病理诊断为宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌,此报道强调了INSM1在诊断小细胞神经内分泌癌中的潜在价值。This article presents a 34-year-old woman with cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.Microscopic examination revealed diffuse distribution of small round cells,with scant cytoplasm,deeply stained nuclei,and inconspicuous nucleoli.Immunohistochemistry demonstrated positive results for specific markers including insulinoma-associated protein 1(INSM1)and CD56,and the pathological diagnosis is cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.This report underscores the potential diagnostic value of INSM1 in identifying small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.
