摘　　要：目的:建立骨刺消痛制剂(片剂和胶囊剂)的定性鉴别方法。方法:采用显微鉴别法对骨刺消痛制剂中当归、白芷、薏苡仁进行鉴别;采用薄层色谱法对处方中当归、白芷、徐长卿、秦艽、甘草、红花、薏苡仁、穿山龙、粉萆薢进行定性鉴别。结果:通过对不同厂家、不同批次样品的测定,显微特征明显,TLC斑点清晰,重现性好,专属性强,阴性无干扰。结论:该方法操作简单,准确可靠,可有效地控制骨刺消痛制剂的质量。Objective:To establish the qualitative detection method for Guci Xiaotong preparation(tablets and capsules).Method:Microscopic identification method was used to identify Angelicae Sinensis,Angelicae Dahuricae,Coicis Semen in Guci Xiaotong preparation;TLC was used to identify Angelicae Sinensis,Angelicae Dahuricae,Cynanchi Paniculati,Gentianae Macrophyllae,Glycyrrhiza,Carthami Flos,Coicis Semen,Dioscoreae hypoglaucae in Guci Xiaotong preparation,and to examine the diverse products.Result:Through the determination of different manufacturers and batches of samples,The microscopic characteristics were obvious,TLC spots were clear with good reproducibility,specificity,negative control without in-terference.Conclusion:The identification method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can control the quality of Guci Xiaotong preparation effectively.
