自制约束性大围巾在小儿急诊科洗胃治疗中的实际应用

摘　　要：目的:探究自制约束性大围巾在小儿急诊科洗胃治疗中的实际应用价值。方法:收集2022年1月—2023年2月期间在我院急诊科洗胃治疗的患儿68例,根据约束方式不同分为两组,对照组(n=35)与实验组(n=33)。对照组使用普通大毛巾约束,实验组则使用自制约束大围巾。比较两组一次胃管置管成功率、洗胃耗时、胃管脱出率、洗胃相关并发症(口腔黏膜受损、食管壁出血、其他)发生率、约束效果、患儿家属满意度。结果:实验组一次胃管置管成功率、洗胃耗时、胃管脱出率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组洗胃相关并发症发生率、约束效果佳的占比、家属满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科为小儿进行洗胃治疗后通过自制约束性大围巾辅助约束患儿,可明显提升一次胃管置管成功率,缩减洗胃耗时,避免胃管脱出,且减少洗胃相关并发症的发生,约束效果佳,利于提升患儿家属的满意度,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the practical application value of self-made binding scarf in the treatment of children’s emergency department gastric lavage.Methods:A total of 68 children with gastric lavage in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were collected and divided into two groups according to different restraint methods:control group(n=35)and experimental group(n=33).The control group used ordinary large towel restraint,and the experimental group used homemade restraint scarf.The success rate of single gastric tube placement,the time spent on gastric lavage,the rate of gastric tube ejection,the incidence of complications related to gastric lavage(oral mucosa damage,esophageal wall bleeding,etc.),the restraint effect,and the satisfaction of family members of the children were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of gastric tube insertion,the time consuming of gastric lavage and the rate of gastric tube withdrawal in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications related to gastric lavage,the proportion of good restraint effect and family satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After gastric lavage treatment for children in the emergency department,self-made binding scarf assisted restraint can significantly improve the success rate of one-time gastric tube placement,reduce the time spent on gastric lavage,avoid gastric tube withdrawal,and reduce the occurrence of complications related to gastric lavage.The restraint effect is good,which is conducive to improving the satisfaction of the families of children,and is worthy of popularization and application.
