摘 要:在高比例电力电子设备的新型电力系统中,现有保护元件的适用性下降,需要从电压源型换流器的控制策略出发,研究提升保护元件故障辨识能力的方法。文中以新能源汇集经柔性直流线路送出的受端换流器为研究对象,分析典型保护元件在电力电子设备接入电网情况下的适应性问题,设计附加控制策略重构换流器虚拟故障分量阻抗特性,分别提出虚拟负序阻抗控制和正序故障分量相位控制策略。实时数字仿真(RTDS)结果表明,方向元件和选相元件的灵敏性和可靠性得到提升,所提策略能够为保护元件故障辨识提供有效支撑。In the new power system with a high proportion of power electronic equipment,the applicability of the existing protection elements is reduced.It is necessary to study the method of improving the fault identification ability of the protection elements from the perspective of the control strategy of the voltage source converter.Taking the receiving-end converter of the renewable energy collection via the flexible DC transmission line as the research object,this paper analyzes the adaptability of typical protection elements when the power electronic equipment is connected to the power grid.Then an additional control strategy is designed to reconstruct the virtual fault component impedance characteristic of the converter.And the virtual negative-sequence impedance control and the positive-sequence fault component phase control strategies are proposed.The real-time digital simulation(RTDS)results show that the sensitivity and reliability of the directional element and the phase selection element are improved.It is demonstrated that the proposed strategy can provide effective support for fault identification of protection elements.
