摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平栀子、姜黄或辣椒粉对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及免疫性能的影响。试验选取336只产蛋率与体重相近的57周龄健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为7个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加1 g/kg或5 g/kg栀子、姜黄或辣椒粉。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮添加1 g/kg姜黄或5 g/kg辣椒粉能够显著增加蛋鸡蛋重(P<0.05),并且随着添加剂量的增加,蛋重呈二次或线性提高(P<0.05);饲粮添加栀子、姜黄或辣椒粉能显著提高鸡蛋蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位(P<0.05),姜黄组或5 g/kg辣椒粉组鸡蛋蛋黄颜色较栀子组显著提高(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,饲粮添加姜黄或辣椒粉能显著提高蛋鸡血清IgG、TNF-α、IFN-γ含量。研究表明,饲粮添加1g/kg或5g/kg栀子、姜黄或辣椒粉能够提高蛋鸡产蛋性能,改善蛋品质,增强免疫功能。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Gardenia jasminoides,Curcuma longa or Paprika powder on laying performance,egg quality and immune performance of laying hens.Three hundred and thirty-six 57-week-age laying hens were divided into 7 groups randomly with 6 replicates per group and 8 birds in each replicate.Birds in the control groups were fed with the basal diet,and birds in the experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 1 g/kg or 5 g/kg Gardenia jasminoides,Curcuma longa or Paprika powder,respectively.The results showed that the egg weight of 1 g/kg Curcuma longa or 5 g/kg Paprika powder groups was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05),and as the levels of Curcuma longa or Paprika powder increased,the egg weight was quadratically or linearly increased(P<0.05).Adding Gardenia jasminoides,Curcuma longa,and Paprika powder to the diet could significantly increase the yolk color and Haugh unit of egg(P<0.05).The yolk color of Curcuma longa or 5 g/kg Paprika powder group was significantly increased compared with Gar-denia jasminoides group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the contents of IgG,TNF-αand IFN-γin serum were significantly increased in Curcuma longa and Paprika powder groups.In conclusion,dietary 1 g/kg or 5 g/kg Gardenia jasmi-noides,Curcuma longa or Paprika powder could improve laying performance,egg quality and immune function in laying hens.
