水貂缓慢葡萄球菌和奇异变形杆菌混合感染的病原分离与鉴定

摘  要:为探明辽宁省大连市某养殖场水貂死亡原因,本研究从送检死亡水貂的趾间溃烂病灶、肺脏、肝脏和脾脏等组织样品中分离得到2株病原菌,进行细菌鉴定、动物致病性试验和药敏试验,经16S rRNA基因序列比对和系统进化分析表明,2株病原菌分别为缓慢葡萄球菌和奇异变形杆菌。动物致病性结果显示,2株病原菌均能引起小鼠死亡。药敏试验结果表明,缓慢葡萄球菌对氨基糖苷类多数抗生素敏感,其他类抗生素偶有敏感,奇异变形杆菌对β-内酯胺类和氨基糖苷类抗生素敏感。此次引起水貂死亡的病原菌为缓慢葡萄球菌和奇异变形杆菌,具有较强的致病性和多重耐药性,治疗首选药物为氨基糖苷类抗生素。To explore the cause of mink death in a breeding farm in Dalian,Liaoning Province.Two strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the tissue samples of interphalangeal ulceration,lung,liver and spleen of dead minks,and the bacteria identification,animal pathogenicity test and drug sensitivity test were carried out.The results showed that the two pathogens were Staphylococcus lentus and Proteus mirabilis,respectively by 16S rRNA sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis.The results of animal pathogenicity showed that both strains could cause death in mice.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that S.lentus was sensitive to most aminoglycoside antibiotics,and other antibiotics were occasionally sensitive,while P.mirabilis was sensitive to β-lactone amines and aminoglycoside antibiotics.The pathogens that caused mink death were S.lentus and P.mirabilis,which had strong pathogenicity and multiple drug resistance.Aminoglycoside antibiotics were the first choice for treatment.
