摘  要:电力机车辅助供电系统在机车行驶至无电区或接触网无电时,为其提供电能。针对电力机车辅助供电系统的充电需求和应用环境,本文设计了一种电力机车辅助供电系统充电器,选用不控整流加H桥集成碳化硅(SiC)功率逆变模块加高频变压器隔离、快速二极管整流电路的拓扑结构,并对核心器件进行参数计算与选型。基于DSP核心控制器完成了充电器控制系统设计,采用恒流-恒压双PI软件控制算法实现了智能化快速充电功能。实验结果表明:本充电器方案设计合理,控制算法性能可靠,满足电力机车辅助供电系统的充电需求和应用环境。The auxiliary power supply system for electric locomotives provides power to the locomotive when it travels to an unpowered area or when the contact network is unpowered.In order to satisfy the chargingdemand and application environment of an electric locomotive auxiliary power supply system,this paper designs a charge for an electric locomotive auxiliary power supply system,choosing the topology of an uncontrolled rectifier plus an H-bridge integrated silecon carbide(SiC)power inverter module plus high-frequency transformer isolation and a fast diode rectifier circuit,as well as parameter calculations and the selection of core devices.Based on the DSP core controller,the charger control system design is completed,and the intelligent function is realized by adopting the constant current-constant voltage dual PI software control algorithm.Experimental results show that the charger program design is reasonable,the control algorithm is reliable,and it meets the charging needs of the auxiliary power supply system of electric locomotives and application environment.
