摘  要:目的:分析生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus在儿童牙外伤导致的牙露髓治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年12月—2022年12月于漳州卫生职业学院附属口腔医院就诊的70例牙外伤导致的牙露髓患儿的资料。均应用活髓切断术治疗,根据术中应用盖髓剂的不同分对照组(应用氢氧化钙)、研究组(应用生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus),各35例。比较两组手术相关指标、牙齿功能及牙齿美观度、牙本质桥形成率及牙齿变色发生率。结果:研究组手术时间、肿胀持续时间及疼痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月时,研究组固定功能、舒适功能、美观度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组语言功能及咀嚼功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月、6个月,研究组牙本质桥形成率高于对照组,牙齿变色发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在活髓切断术中应用生物陶瓷i Root BP Plus作为盖髓剂相较于应用氢氧化钙盖髓剂效果更佳,能够促进牙齿术后转归,减少根管变色情况。Objective:To analyze the application effect of bioceramic iRoot BP Plus in the treatment of dental pulp exposure caused by dental trauma in children.Method:A retrospective analysis of the data was performed on 70 children with dental pulp exposure caused by dental trauma who were treated in the Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Zhangzhou Health Vocational College from December 2020 to December 2022.All patients were treated with living pulp amputation.According to the different application of pulp capping agent,they were divided into control group(given calcium hydroxide)and study group(given bioceramic iRoot BP Plus),with 35 cases in each group.The surgical indexes,dental function,dental aesthetics,dentin bridge formation rate and incidence of tooth discoloration were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time,swelling duration and pain duration of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the scores of fixed function,comfort function and aesthetics in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of language function and chewing function between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after operation,the rate of dentin bridge formation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of tooth discoloration was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bioceramic iRoot BP Plus as pulp capping agent in living pulp amputation is more effective than calcium hydroxide pulp capping agent,which can promote the postoperative outcome of teeth and reduce root canal discoloration.
