摘　　要：汽车电工电子技术作为技师院校中的重要课程,致力于培养学生在汽车电工电子领域具备扎实的技术能力和职业素养。随着社会的发展和汽车工业的进步,对汽车电工电子技术人员的需求日益增加。因此,技师院校汽车电工电子技术课程的教学研究,尤其是基于职业素养的教学研究,具有重要的现实意义和学术价值。鉴于此,本文首先探讨了汽车电工电子技术课程培养学生职业素养的必要性,接着分析职业素养与教学改革之间的关系,然后介绍教学中学生职业素养培养的原则,最后提出了教学策略,包括校企合作教学模式、依托实践教学活动、融入德育教学内容和助力学生树立职业目标等四个方面,旨在为汽车电工电子技术课程的教学改革提供一些新的思路和方法,推动汽车电工电子技术教育的全面发展。As an important course in the technician college,automotive electrical and electronic technology is committed to cultivating students' solid technical ability and professionalism in the field of automotive electrical and electronic technology.With the development of society and the progress of the automobile industry,the demand for automotive electrical and electronic technicians is increasing day by day.Therefore,the teaching and research of automotive electrical and electronic technology courses in technician colleges,especially the teaching and research based on professional quality,has important practical significance and academic value.In view of this,this paper first discusses the necessity of cultivating students' professionalism in automotive electrical and electronic technology courses,then analyzes the relationship between professionalism and teaching reform,then introduces the principles of students' professionalism cultivation in teaching,and finally puts forward teaching strategies,including school-enterprise cooperative teaching mode,relying on practical teaching activities,It aims to provide some new ideas and methods for the teaching reform of automotive electrical and electronic technology courses and promote the comprehensive development of automotive electrical and electronic technology education.
