摘  要:依据问卷调查结果,从消费者的偏好出发,就影响消费者购买新能源汽车意愿的因素和新能源汽车产业的发展进行分析,有利于推动我国的新能源汽车产业的发展。研究发现,现阶段消费者对新能源汽车的了解途径主要是智能手机网络。与此同时新能源汽车自身优势,车企售后服务是否全面,消费者的个人消费观念以及消费者对新能源汽车产业未来的展望都会成为他们选购新能源汽车的影响因素。因此,企业和相关部门应该点面兼顾,在照顾到消费者心理的基础上,加速产业的发展,增加消费者的消费体验。According to the results of the questionnaire,starting from the preferences of consumers,the factors affecting consumers' willingness to purchase new energy vehicles and the development of new energy vehicle industry are analyzed,which is conducive to promoting the development of China's new energy vehicle industry.The study found that at this stage,consumers' understanding of new energy vehicles is mainly smartphone networks.At the same time,the advantages of new energy vehicles themselves,whether the after-sales service of car companies is comprehensive,and consumers' personal consumption concepts and consumers' prospects for the future of the new energy vehicle industry will all become the influencing factors for their purchase of new energy vehicles.Therefore,enterprises and relevant departments should take into account all aspects,accelerate the development of the industry and increase the consumer experience on the basis of taking into account consumer psychology.
