摘　　要：恶性肿瘤中枢神经系统转移包括脑实质转移和软脑膜转移。中枢神经系统转移患者最佳治疗涉及多学科方法, 包括支持治疗、局部治疗如手术、立体定向放疗和全脑放疗以及全身治疗。本文就脑转移治疗的药物选择、放疗选择、脑膜转移诊断以及脑脊液分流术等相关问题的思考做一简述。Central nervous system metastasis of malignant tumors includes parenchymal metastasis and leptomeneneal metastasis.The optimal treatment of patients with central nervous system metastases involves a multidisciplinary approach,including supportive care,local treatments such as surgery,stereotactic radiation therapy and whole brain radiotherapy,and systemic therapy.In this paper,the choice of drugs,the selection of radiotherapy,the diagnosis of meningeal metastasis and Ventriculoperitoneal shunts were reviewed.
