摘  要:李(Prunus salicina Lindl.)是多年生落叶果树,在我国分布甚广,品种繁多,我国也是李树种植面积和年产量最大的国家[1]。近年来,随着李树种植面积日益扩大,而果农的栽培和管理模式简单粗放,导致各种病虫害的滋生,严重影响李树果实的质量和产量,制约了李产业的发展[2]。2021年8月,在广西壮族自治区贺州市、桂林市和荔浦市的果园里均发现了不同严重程度的李树叶斑病,发病率为20%~35%。该病发病初期,在叶片上形成褪绿小斑点,并逐渐扩大形成褐色或红褐色不规则病斑,后期病斑不断扩大,病斑表面散生黑色小颗粒(图1-A~B)。To identify the pathogen causing plum leaf spot,diseased leaves of plum collected from in Hezhou,Guilin,and Lipu cities of Guangxi province were used to isolate and purify the causal agent of plum leaf spot.Three representative isolates(HZ42-1,GL11-1,and LP2-1)were identified based on morphological characteristics,multi-locus phylogenetic analysis,and pathogenicity tests.The results of morphological characteristics and multi-locus phylogenetic analysis with internal transcribed spacer(ITS),translation elongation factor-1α(TEF-1α),and actin(ACT)showed that these three isolates were the most closely clustered with Phyllosticta capitalensis(CBS 128856).Pathogenicity tests indicated that these three isolates could cause leaf spot symptoms on plum leaves inoculated with 5-mm-diameter mycelial plugs under wounded conditions.This is the first report of P.capitalensis associated with plum leaf spot in China.
