摘 要:高质量发展学校体育竞赛是我国的时代需求,目前的阻碍主要是:学校体育竞赛常态化组织难、竞技水平提升难、体育精神培养难、民族传统体育推广难、终身体育践行难。元宇宙技术促进了虚拟体育竞赛的发展,催生了元宇宙融入学校体育竞赛的新形态。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,在阐述元宇宙相关技术理论、梳理学校体育竞赛困境的基础上,探讨相关实践路径。研究发现:元宇宙融入学校体育竞赛能更有利于加强赛事的抗风险能力,有助于保持学生身心健康与培养终身体育。主要实现路径为:政府、社会、学校多元主体参与体育竞赛;合理构建项目布局;深度挖掘体育文化。The high-quality development of school sports competitions is a contemporary demand in China.The current challenges primarily encompass dfficulties in regularizing sports competitions,elevating athletic standards,fostering sportsmanship,promoting traditional national sports,and encouraging lifelong physical activity.Metaverse technology has spurred the growth of virtual sports competitions,giving rise to a novel integration of the metaverse into school sports competitions.This study employs literature review and logical analysis to elucidate the relevant metaverse technology theories,delineate the predicaments of school sports competitions,and propose practical solutions.The study reveals that integrating the metaverse into school sports competitions can bolster the resilience of the sports event industry,uphold the physical and mental well-being of students,and nurture lifelong engagement in sports.The primary pathways for implementation include the involvement of diverse stakeholders,such as government,society,and schools in sports competitions,rational project planning,and a profound exploration of sports culture,
