摘　　要：采用文献分析法,对我国部分体育院系的原地推铅球技术教学被忽略的一些问题进行细致剖析,对实际技术教学中原地推铅球技术的站位特点、非投掷臂的引导特点以及推力方向和有效做功距离开展深入探讨,提出相对合理的动作技术建议,探索性地归纳直线推铅球技术理论原理,以期对铅球技术教学与训练提供借鉴,促进提高我国基层铅球教学的规范性。研究结果:客观合理的原地推铅球站位是动力脚与投掷方向垂直,双脚与骨盆大小同宽错位站立形成与投掷方向30°的斜向站立,上体呈一定弯曲弧度的背向投掷方向;铅球推力方向是由身体自然转动和推铅球时手与肩横轴的角度共同决定的,合理的推力方向是保证最后铅球直线性的基础;非投掷臂在整个推铅球过程中起着传导力的重要作用对铅球整体的影响极大,掌握好非投掷臂的技术能够协调全身力的传导,身体用力的向前、向上会充分体现;直线推铅球技术理论即肩、髋、膝、踝和铅球出手后的运行轨迹五者最后成一直线用力。Employing a literature analysis approach,this study meticulously scrutinizes some disregarded aspects within the technical instruction of shot put in situ across certain physical education departments in China.It thoroughly explores the distinctive characteristics of the stance in shot put technique,the guiding features of the non-throwing arm,and the direction of force along with the effective work distance in practical technical instruction.The study engages in profound discussions and puts forth reasonably sound recommendations for action techniques,tentatively summarizing the theoretical underpinnings of linear shot put technique.The objective is to provide insights for shot put technique instruction and training,ultimately fostering standardization in shot put instruction at grassroots levels in China.Research Findings:The objectively reasonable shot put in situ stance involves the power foot being perpendicular to the throwing direction,both feet placed at a width equivalent to the pelvis,forming a diagonal stance at a 30-degree angle to the throwing direction with a certain curvature in the upper body toward the throwing direction.The direction of shot put force is determined by the natural rotation of the body and the angle between the hand and shoulder axis during shot put.Arational force direction is crucial for maintaining the straight path of the shot put.The non-throwing arm plays a significant role in conveying force throughout the shot put process,greatly influencing the overall shot put.Mastering the technical aspects of the non-throwing arm contributes to the coordinated transmission of force throughout the body,emphasizing forward and upward force application.The theoretical principle of linear shot put is the alignment of the shoulder,hip,knee,ankle,and the trajectory of the shot put's release forming a straight line for force application.
