摘　　要：本文运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,针对高中短跑体育特长生既要学习文化课、又要在短时间内提高运动成绩的特点,通过定性分析与定量研究相结合的方式,构建了一套短跑项目高中男生选材及组合训练模型,以此助力提高学生的运动成绩,帮助学生实现自己的理想。This paper utilizes research methods such as questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics to investigate the unique challenges faced by high school athletes specializing in short-distance running.These students are required to excel academically while simultaneously striving to improve their athletic performance within a limited timeframe.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research,this study aims to create a comprehensive model for talent selection and combination training for high school male students participating in the short-distance running event.The ultimate goal is to rapidly enhance students'athletic abilities and assist them in realizing their individual aspirations.
