摘  要:为满足外转子型风机对关键零部件永磁铁氧体磁瓦的特殊使用要求,针对目前行业风机磁瓦生产成本高、合格率低、产品强度差和磁瓦磁特性利用不充分等问题,从锶永磁铁氧体磁瓦的用料、球磨、成型、烧结、磨削工艺、模具设计以及外观标准等生产工艺方面进行了研究。通过研究得到了常规外转子型风机用锶永磁铁氧体磁瓦的材料性能、球磨、成型、烧结、磨削工艺、外观等关键生产工艺技术要求范围和控制点;利用反压模具特殊设计并严格执行生产工艺技术要求范围和控制点,可提高磁瓦磁特性利用率,降低材料成本,提升产品合格率和强度。In order to meet the special requirements of the external rotor fan for the key components of permanent magnet ferrite magnetic tile,aiming at the problems of high production cost,low qualification rate,poor product strength and insufficient utilization of magnetic tile magnetic characteristics of the fan magnetic tile in the current industry,the production processes such as material,ball milling,molding,sintering,grinding process,mold design and appearance standard of strontium permanent magnet ferrite magnetic tile were studied.Through the research,the material properties,ball milling,molding,sintering,grinding process,appearance and other key production process technical requirements and control points of strontium permanent magnet ferrite magnetic tile for conventional external rotor fan are obtained.By using the special design of the back pressure die and strictly implementing the technical requirements and control points of the production process,the utilization rate of the magnetic properties of the magnetic tile can be improved,the material cost can be reduced,and the qualified rate and strength of the product can be improved.
