摘　　要：创新型人才是我国农业建设和社会进步的动力源头,为培养拥有自主学习能力、顺应时代潮流的农学创新型人才,结合当前国内创新人才培养模式建设情况,针对目前农学人才培养教学模式存在的问题进行反思。本文通过分析基于OBE理念的农学创新人才培养实践教学模式探索的必要性,以OBE理念为指导,针对农学人才培养方案以及实践教学模式进行探索。通过教学实践得出,基于OBE理念的农学创新人才培养教学模式效果明显优于传统教学模式,通过强化基本技能、提高实践能力、拓展创新能力、培养科研能力并配合构建多层次考核评价体系,不仅提高了学生对专业知识重点和难点的掌握程度,同时满足了理论与实践相结合的需求,顺应了新时代的发展。因此,该模式有助于培养专业基础知识扎实、具有自我学习和专业革新能力、适应现代化农业新时代发展的创新型人才。Innovative talents are the source of power for agricultural construction and social progress in our country.In order to cultivate innovative agricultural talents who have the ability to learn independently and conform to the trend of the times,combined with the status of domestic innovative talent training model and construction,the problems in the current teaching mode of agricultural talents cultivation were reflected.This paper analyzed the necessity of exploring the practical teaching mode of OBE-based agricultural innovation talents cultivation,then explored the agricultural talent cultivation plan and practical teaching mode under the guidance of the OBE concept.Through teaching practice,it was concluded that the effect of the practical teaching mode of OBE-based agricultural innovation talents cultivation was obviously better than that of traditional teaching mode.By strengthening basic skills,improving practical ability,expanding innovation ability,cultivating scientific research ability and cooperating with the construction of a multi-level assessment and evaluation system,the students'mastery of the key points and difficulties of professional knowledge was improved,while the needs of combining theory and practice were met,conforming to the development of the new era.Therefore,this mode is helpful to cultivate innovative talents with solid professional basic knowledge,self-learning and professional innovation ability,and adaptive capacity to the development of modern agriculture in the new era.
