虚拟仿真技术在服装工艺教学中的应用

摘　　要：随着智能制造技术在企业中的广泛应用,将虚拟仿真技术融入智能制造教学中,已成为行业企业对职业教育的新要求。文章以广东职业技术学院服装智能制造虚拟仿真教学为例,通过搭建虚拟仿真的智能制造设备操作环境,将安全操作智能制造设备的使用方法与相应的工艺流程融合进实训课程中。建立基于虚拟仿真技术的智能制造设备使用的实训课程的实践教学模式,为探索职业院校的实践课程教学改革提供参考。With the widespread application of intelligent manufacturing technology in enterprises,integrating virtual simulation technology into intelligent manufacturing teaching has become a new requirement for vocational education in industry enterprises.Taking the virtual simulation teaching of clothing intelligent manufacturing in Guangdong Polytechnic as an example,This paper explores the integration of safe operation of intelligent manufacturing equipment and corresponding process flow into practical training courses by building an operating environment of virtual simulation intelligent manufacturing equipment.A practical teaching mode is established for practical courses on the use of intelligent manufacturing equipment based on virtual simulation technology,providing reference for exploring the reform of practical course teaching in vocational colleges.
