摘  要:近年电子游戏在增强大脑可塑性和学习能力的作用(“学会学习”效应)已经得到了验证;与此同时在健康照明背景下,光环境非视觉效应对人体节律系统的影响已被逐步证实。电子游戏训练作为一种特殊的Visual Display Terminal(VDT)作业形式,其复杂的光环境引发的非视觉效应会对玩家的节律造成影响,进而使“学会学习”效应的效率产生变化。本文先梳理引发电子游戏训练“学会学习”效应的因素,即其对人注意力、感知能力、认知能力的提升。再以光生物效应基础理论,论述VDT作业空间光环境对人体节律系统的影响机制和评价方法。进而通过对VDT显示照明的光照时间模式、光物理特性、调节与防护机制对人体节律系统影响,论证VDT作业空间光环境非视觉效应的特殊性。最后,结合人工照明技术的进步与健康照明研究成果,针对电子游戏训练的“学会学习”效应,阐述了一些关于其作业空间光环境设计的思考以及未来的研究方向。In recent years the role of video games in enhancing brain plasticity and learning ability(the"learning to learn"effect)has been demonstrated;at the same time,in the context of healthy lighting,the influence of non-visual effects of the light environment on the human body's rhythmic system has been gradually confirmed.As a special form of Visual Display Terminal(VDT)operation,video game training is characterized by complex light environments that induce non-visual effects on the players rhythms,which can lead to changes in the efficiency of the"learning to learn"effect.In this paper,we first summarize the factors triggering the"learning to learn"effect of video game training,that is,its enhancement of human attention,perceptual ability and cognitive ability.Then,based on the basic theory of photobiological effect,it discusses the mechanism and evaluation method of the influence of the light environment of VDT workspace on the human rhythm system.Then,through the light time pattern,photophysical properties,regulation and protection mechanism of VDT display lighting on the human rhythm system,it argues the specificity of the non-visual effect of VDT workspace light environment.Finally,combining the advancement of artificial lighting technology and the research results of healthy lighting,we elaborated some thoughts on the design of workspace light environment and the future research direction for the"learning to learn"effect of video game training.
