摘 要:以广花一级公路天桥为例,桥梁上下部结构采用全预制装配式超高性能混凝土,可减轻预制构件吊装重量,与常规钢箱梁桥相比,大幅度节约了工程造价,且可以降低运营期的维护费用,全寿命周期成本最低。设计采用节段拼装的整体式箱形截面,通过“化整为零”,有效解决了施工运输与吊装问题,采用的简支转连续刚构体系结构,桥梁整体景观效果好。Taking Guanghua Grade I highway bridge as an example,the upper and lower structure of the bridge adopts fully prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete,which can reduce the lifing weight of the prefabricated components.Compared with the conventional steel box girder bridge,the project cost is greatly saved,and themaintenance cost during the operation period is greatly reduced,and the life cycle cost is the lowest.The design adopts the integrated box-shaped section of segment assembly,which effectively solves the problem of construction transportation and hoisting by"breaking the whole into pieces".The simple support to continuous rigid frame system structure is adopted,and the overall landscape effect of the bridge is good.
