摘  要:大型掘进机主驱动轴承工况恶劣,可靠性要求高且研制难度大,国内企业在大型掘进机主驱动轴承高承载设计,高精密加工技术等方面与国外存在差距,而且对主驱动轴承应用过程中的失效风险缺乏全面的评估研究。结合大型掘进机主轴承工程实践应用中的经验以及失效案例统计,通过失效模式及影响分析和模糊数学方法对主驱动轴承系统的失效风险因素进行评估,评估结果与统计分析结果基本一致,即(按失效风险从大到小排列):主驱动轴承系统失效因素依次为轴承部件、密封、机电系统,其中轴承部件失效因素依次为滚道面、滚子、内齿圈、保持架。需对轴承部件和密封进行重点关注与防护,采取针对性的维保措施以防止其早期失效,从而提高主驱动轴承的服役性能和寿命。The main drive bearings for large-scale tunneling boring machines generally operate under harsh environments,the reliability requirements are high and the development is difficult.There is a gap between domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises in high-load design and high-precision processing technology of the bearings,and there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation research on failure risk of the bearings in application.Combined with experience in engineering practical application of the bearings and the statistics of failure cases,the failure risk factors of main drive bearing system are evaluated through failure mode and effect analysis and fuzzy mathematical method,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with statistical analysis results,namely(arranged according to failure risk from large to small):the failure factors of the system are in order of bearing components,seals,electromechanical systems,among which the failure factors of bearing components are in order of raceway surfaces,rolling elements,inner gear rings,cages.The bearing components and seals should be focused on and protected,and the targeted maintenance measures should be taken to prevent their early failure,so as to improve the service performance and life of the bearings.
