摘  要:针对目前产品设计过程中出现的结构划分模糊、易受设计人员个人主观因素影响,导致产品设计效率不高等问题,提出一种基于设计结构矩阵(Design Structure Matrix,DSM)、共同度量指标(M G&G)和最小描述长度原则(Minimum Description Length,MDL)优化产品模块的方法。以智能仓储物流系统中常见的物流装备穿梭车为例,构建产品模型结构关系DSM矩阵图,再结合M G&G指标和MDL指标,分析产品模型模块化程度,改变组件之间的关联关系,并采用该方法优化了穿梭车系统模块。研究结果证明了基于DSM、M G&G指标和MDL的方法在产品模块优化过程中的合理性和可行性,为产品开发、设计和优化提供了部分参考。Aiming at the problems of ambiguous structure division in the current product design process,which is easily affected by the designer s personal subjective factors,resulting in low product design efficiency,a method to optimize product modules based on Design Structure Matrix(DSM)and Common Metric Index(M G&G)and Minimum Description Length(MDL)Principle is proposed.Taking the shuttle which is a common logistics equipment in the intelligent warehousing logistics system as an example,the DSM matrix diagram of the product model structure relationship is constructed,and then combined with M G&G indexes and MDL indexes,the modularity degree of the product model is analyzed,and the association relationship between components is changed,and the shuttle system module is optimized by this method.The research results prove the rationality and feasibility of the DSM,M G&G index and MDL in the product module optimization process,and provide some references for product development,design and optimization.
