摘　　要：构造出一个非正则的Hausdorff拓扑粗糙群,回答了林福财等提出的一个公开问题,同时给出Hausdorff拓扑粗糙群具有正则性的一个充分条件.A non-regular Hausdorf topological rough group is constructed,which answers an open question posed by Lin Fucai et al.and gives a sufficient condition for the regularity of Hausdorff topological rough groups.
