摘 要:针对当前绿色食品购买发展的困境,考虑供需双侧政策引导下生产者和消费者行为的复杂性,运用计算实验方法构建了多主体参与的消费者绿色食品购买行为的计算实验模型。通过多主体建模的方法,探究不同政策组合下绿色食品购买行为的动态演化规律。结果表明:当前政策的供给侧引导效果已趋于饱和,进一步推动绿色食品购买应考虑结合需求侧政策;绿色食品市场发展的阻碍主要在于供需间的不平衡不匹配,供需双侧政策能够有效提升政府效益,促进消费者绿色食品购买行为,因此政府需有效组合供给侧政策和需求侧政策,着重加强信息渠道优化和绿色宣传。Given the current dilemma of green food purchase development,considering the complexity of producers’and consumers’behavior under the guidance of supply and demand side policies,a computational experimental model of green food consumption behavior involving multiple agents is constructed.The multi-agent simulation explores the dynamic evolution of green food consumption behavior under different policy combinations.The results show that the supply-side guiding effect of the current policy has become saturated,and the demand-side policy should be considered to promote green food consumption further.The main obstacle to developing the green food market lies in the imbalance between supply and demand.The supply and demand policies can improve the government’s efficiency and promote consumers’green food purchase behavior.Therefore,the government needs to effectively combine supply and demand side policies,focusing on optimizing information channels and green publicity.
