摘　　要：提高托育服务质量是托育服务实践发展中的重要课题。托育服务质量观对托育服务实践有着深刻影响。从国际视野下利益相关者的视角探讨托育服务质量观,对推动我国托育服务质量观的研究和托育服务体系建设具有重要意义。研究采用系统性文献综述法,选取Web of Science、ERIC、MEDLINE和Academic Search Ultimate数据库中近十年的17篇相关实证研究论文进行统计分析。研究发现,国际视野下利益相关者的托育服务质量观比较一致的主要包括对环境条件、日常保育、早期学习支持、合作共育四大方面的认识,但不同利益相关者的托育服务质量观也存在一定差异。基于此,研究探讨了对我国托育服务质量观的启示。Improving the quality of childcare service is an important issue in the development of childcare service practice.The quality concept of childcare service has a profound impact on the childcare service practice.Exploring the quality concept of childcare service of stakeholders from an international perspective is of great significance for promoting research on the quality concept of childcare service and the construction of childcare service system in China.The study adopts the systematic literature review method,and selects 17 relevant empirical research papers from the Web of Science,ERIC,MEDLINE and Academic Search Ultimate databases over the past decade for statistical analysis.The study finds that the stakeholders’quality concept of childcare services from an international perspective are relatively consistent,mainly including their understanding of environmental conditions,daily care,early learning support and cooperative education.However,there are also certain differences in the quality concept of childcare services among different stakeholders.Based on this,the study explores the implications for the quality concept of childcare services in China.
