摘 要:劳动形态从劳动要素的关系性、复杂性与综合性的分析视野,凸显了劳动教育课程内容的情境性、实践性与整体性,并为打破将劳动教育的课程内容等同于劳动对象或相关劳动资料等认识局限提供了新的分析视角。因此,现代劳动教育需要准确把握经济社会发展过程中人类劳动实践的新变化与劳动形态的新特征,拓展劳动教育课程内容选择的范围,并基于劳动形态的类型特征重建现代劳动教育的课程内容结构。为体现劳动形态时代变革的多元化与融合性,现代劳动教育课程的内容设置需通过提升劳动任务的真实性品质驱动劳动形态的多样化,确立传统与现代劳动形态的兼容并举的观念,实现劳动形态间育人价值的互补与协同。From the perspective of the relationship,complexity and comprehensiveness of labor,the form of labor highlights the situational,practical and holistic nature of curriculum content in labor education,and provides a new analytical perspective for overcoming the cognitive limitations of equating labor education curriculum content solely with subject of labor or related means of labor.Therefore,modern labor education needs to accurately grasp the new changes in human labor practices and the new characteristics of labor forms in the process of economic and social development,expand the scope of labor education curriculum content selection and reconstruct the curriculum content structure of modern labor education based on the typological characteristics of labor forms.To reflect the diversity and integration of the changes in labor forms in the era,the content design of modern labor education curriculum should enhance the authenticity of labor tasks,drive the diversification of labor forms,uphold the compatibility of traditional and modern labor forms,and achieve complementary and collaborative educational value among labor forms.
