摘　　要：本文针对国网河北省电力有限公司井陉县供电分公司现有物资领料流程中的效率改善问题进行了研究,通过统计各环节领料时间确立提升重点,通过对比法选择技术路线,通过边使用边改善的方式发现和补充项目细节,经历一年多的研究、开发与补充,成功实现新流程的顺畅推行,有效改善了原领料流程效率不高的问题,证明了该项目在相关专业的实用性,体现了在帮助企业节约时间成本方面应有的价值。This article focuses on the efficiency improvement of the existing material requisition process of State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co.,Ltd.Jingxing Power Supply Branch.By calculating the requisition time of each link,we establish the key points for improvement,select technical routes through comparative analysis,and discover and supplement project details through improving while using.After more than a year of research,development,and supplementation,we have successfully implemented the new process smoothly,effectively improving the low efficiency of the original requisition process.This proves the practicality of the project in relevant fields and reflects its value in helping enterprises save time and costs.
