分析心理学视域下人格建构的理论与实践逻辑

摘　　要：荣格被誉为“发现内在世界的哥伦布”,其分析心理学有着完整的人格理论建构.从理论逻辑看,人格完整但不完美,需要基于对待统一的思想,经由自性化过程实现至上人格的终极旨归,人格即道.从实践逻辑看,完善人格可以通过认知、情感、行为三层逻辑得以建构,认知上要承认欲望接受缺陷,情感上要学会与内在自我相处与心灵交流,行为上要实现“自性”,最终拥有内心世界和外在世界以及意识与无意识合成后的完善之境.Jung is known as"Columbus who discovered the inner world"and his analytical psychology enjoys a complete personality theory.From a theoretical logic perspective,personality is complete but imperfect,thus it requires the ultimate goal of the supreme personality to be achieved through the process of individuation based on the idea of treating unity of opposites:personality is the Tao.From the perspective of practical logic,a perfect personality can be constructed through three layers of logic:cognition,emotion,and behavior.Cognitively,it is necessary to acknowledge the defects of desire acceptance;emotionally,it is necessary to learn to get along with and communicate with the inner self;in behavior,it is necessary to achieve"self".Ultimately a perfect state is reached after the synthesis of the inner and outer worlds,as well as consciousness and unconsciousness.
