中药刺五加叶质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：刺五加叶是我国传统药材,常用于治疗缺血性脑卒中、冠心病等心脑疾病,具有确切的疗效。刺五加叶复杂的化学成分决定其广泛的药理作用,因此评价刺五加叶的质量仅靠几个指标成分是不够全面的。该文在质量标志物(Q-marker)的理论指导下,基于刺五加叶化学物质组、成分传递、植物亲缘学、化学成分有效性及化学成分可测性方面较为全面地分析与预测刺五加叶的质量标志物,推测刺五加叶中chiisanoside、chiisanogenin、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷、槲皮素、刺五加苷E、绿原酸和咖啡酸可作为刺五加叶的候选质量标志物。Acanthopanax senticosus Leaf is a traditional Chinese medicine,which is often used to treat ischemic stroke,coronary heart disease and other cardio-cerebral diseases,and has definite curative effect.The complex chemical composition of A.senticosus leaf determines its extensive pharmacological effects,so it is not comprehensive to evaluate the quality only by a few index components.Under the guidance of the theory of quality markers(Q-marker),based on the chemical composition and component transmission,plant phylogeny,chemical component validity,and chemical component testability of A.senticosus leaf,this paper comprehensively analysis and prediction the quality markers,and speculate that chiisanoside,chiisanogenin,hyperin,quercetin,eleutheroside E,chlorogenic acid caffeic acid can be used as its candidate quality markers.
