摘　　要：目的:为了解甜茶在我国的应用现状,对甜茶保健产品及授权专利数据进行分析。方法:结合Bibexcel抽取整理授权专利类型数量、甜茶产品类型、有效成分、保健功效、配伍关系等数据内容,在Gephi中构建可视化网络。结果:自2011年起,甜茶授权专利数量进入增长期且呈产地依赖性,其中产品配方类占比最高(45.62%),产品中最常见的品类为饮料(含固体饮料)(35.35%)和袋泡茶(20.20%),产品开发的关注热点是活性物质甜茶苷、三叶苷及根皮苷具有的甜味和抗炎(15.96%)、降血糖(15.49%)、降血脂(14.55%)等保健功效,此外,甜茶常与甘草、山楂、菊花配伍形成功能完备的复方产品。结论:目前甜茶产业仍处于上游阶段,后疫情时代消费者对健康生活的追求会给甜茶带来较大发展空间,下一步应规范化甜茶原料,探索保健功效的分子机制,丰富产品类型以形成完整的产业链条。Objective:To understand the application status of sweet tea in China by analyzing the data of sweet tea health products and authorized patents.Methods:Combining Bibexcel to extract and organize data content such as the number of authorized patent types,sweet tea product types,active ingredients,health benefits,compatibility relationships,etc.,construct a visual network in Gephi.Results:Since 2011,the number of authorized patents of sweet tea show an increasing trend with an origin dependency.Among them,product formulation accounts for the highest proportion(45.62%),and the most common categories in the product are beverages(including solid beverages)(35.35%)and tea bags(20.20%).The main effective components of sweet tea are rubusoside,trilobatin and phlorizin.As for health effects,sweet tea focus on anti-inflammatory(15.96%),lowering blood sugar(15.49%),lowering blood lipids(14.55%),etc.Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.and Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.have high co-occurrence frequency with sweet tea.Conclusion:At present,sweet tea industry still focus on upstream business,and the additional value of products needs to be improved.With consumers'yearning for a healthy life in the post-epidemic era,the market size of sweet tea will gradually expand.Next,we should standardize the raw materials of sweet tea,mine new compatible drug pairs through big data and enrich the product types of sweet tea towards food and daily use to form a complete industrial chain.
