摘　　要：本文探讨了我国PCB行业的国内发展趋势和知识产权规范化运营体系的现状,并分析了PCB企业专利技术管理存在的问题。当前,我国PCB行业正朝着高精度、高密度和高可靠性的方向不断发展,使其在创新领域中赋予的新技术日益凸显,专利技术的数量不断增长,技术创新质量也在不断提高。然而,高质量、高价值专利占比较低,需要采取措施提升我国以专利为主的知识产权创新技术的撰写质量和保护意识。在此基础上,建立知识产权规范化运营体系,培育高质量、高价值专利,规避知识产权引起的法律风险,将是PCB企业未来发展的重中之重。此举有助于实施创新驱动发展战略,推动高质量发展,为PCB企业发展带来更广阔的空间。This article discusses the current domestic development trend and intellectual property standardized operation system of the PCB industry in my country,and analyzes the problems of patent technology management of PCB enterprises.At present,China's PCB industry is continuously developing in the direction of high precision,high density and high reliability,making it increasingly prominent in the innovation field.Essence However,high-quality and high-value patents are relatively low,and measures need to take measures to enhance the quality and protection awareness of patent-based intellectual property innovation technologies.On this basis,establishing a standardized operation system for intellectual property rights,cultivating high-quality,high-value patents,and avoiding legal risks caused by intellectual property rights will be the top priority of PCB enterprises in the future.This helps to implement the innovation-driven development strategy,promote high-quality development,and bring a broader space to the development of PCB enterprises.
