摘 要:为探讨在口腔修复学教学中应用涉及多学科交叉的临床案例对培养学生综合诊疗思维的教学意义,将南京医科大学口腔医学院不同年级的专业学位型硕士研究生共计40名随机分为实验组与对照组。其中,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用以固定义齿修复并发症为主线的临床案例教学模式。结果发现,教学后实验组学生考卷测试成绩、对教学效果的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.001或P<0.05),在口腔修复学教学中应用涉及多学科交叉的临床案例教学效果良好,值得推广应用。To explore the teaching significance of interdisciplinary clinical cases in the teaching of prosthodontics in cultivating students'comprehensive diagnosis and treatment thinking,a total of 40 professional degree oriented master's students of different grades from the School of Stomatology at Nanjing Medical University were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Among them,the control group adopts traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopts a clinical case teaching model with fixed denture repair complications as the main theme.The results showed that the test scores and satisfaction with teaching effectiveness of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001 or P<0.05).The application of interdisciplinary clinical case teaching in the teaching of prosthodontics was effective and worth promoting.
