摘　　要：高科技企业开放式创新是建立高精尖产业链的必然趋势。因此,探究供应链生态圈开放式创新对企业创新绩效的影响,以及外部创新压力(政策压力、顾客压力、同行业压力和供应商压力)对上述关系的调节作用,对企业和政府有较强的指导意义。其结果发现供应链生态圈开放式创新对高科技企业的创新绩效有积极影响;行业创新压力会对开放式创新与创新绩效的关系起到积极作用,而顾客则起到相反的作用。研究结论不仅为企业供应链网络节点建设与合作战略提出建议,还为政府在推行供应链生态圈开放式创新方面提供了政策参考。Open innovation in the high-tech enterprises is an inevitable trend for establishing the highly sophis‐ticated industrial chains.Therefore,it is of strong and guiding significance for the government and enterprises to explore the impact of open innovation in the supply chain ecosystem on the innovation performance of enterprises,along with the moderating effect of external innovation pressures from the policies,customers,peers and suppliers on the above-mentioned relationship.The result shows that the open innovation in the supply chain ecosystem has a positive impact on the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises;the innovation pressures in the industry positively moderate the relationship between open innovation and innovation performance while the pressures from the customers have the opposite effect.The conclusion provides not only suggestions for the supply chain network node construction and cooperation strategies in the enterprises,but also the policy reference for the governments to promote the open innovation in the supply chain ecosystem.
