摘  要:针对河北二季作区马铃薯新品种缺乏的问题,采用分子标记、EMS诱变育种、愈伤组织培养、远缘杂交等技术,创新了早熟、优质、抗病马铃薯种质资源,结合杂交育种,培育出适合河北二作区种植的彩色早熟马铃薯新品系SH-8,并以彩色马铃薯品种冀张薯5号为对照,通过多点区域比较试验,对其生育期、特征特性及产量等进行综合评价。结果表明:新品系SH-8薯块长卵圆形,皮红色,芽眼黄色,肉色红白相间,综合抗病性较强,平均667 m^(2)产量2 124.60 kg,比对照冀张薯5号增产19.75%。新品系SH-8丰富了河北二季作区马铃薯品种。In response to the shortage of new potato cultivars in the double cropping cultivated region of Hebei province,early-maturing,high-quality and disease resistant potato germplasm resources had been innovated and obtained by using technologies of molecular markers,EMS mutation breeding,callus culture,distant hybridization and so on.A new colorful early-maturing potato line SH-8 that was suitable for planting in the double cropping cultivated region of Hebei had been cultivated by combining hybrid breeding.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the growth period,characteristics and yield through multipoint comparison experiment by taking 'Jizhangshu No.5' as control.The results showed that the average yield of the new-line SH-8 was 2 124.60 kg per 667 m^(2),which increased by 19.75% compared to the control of 'Jizhangshu No.5'.The comprehensive disease resistance was strong with long oval shaped potatoes and red skin,yellow sprout eye,and red and white flesh.The new-line of colorful early-maturing potato would help enrich potato cultivars in the double cropping cultivated region of Hebei province.
