摘　　要：网络已经成为目前意识形态的安全风险防控最前沿。当前高校网络意识形态安全风险及防控面临严峻挑战,内外交织以及媒介本身的发展削弱了高校网络意识形态的控制力。因此,加强高校网络意识形态的安全防控要牢牢把握网络意识形态的领导权,强化理论武装、价值引领,落实责任制度,创新话语体系。The network has become the forefront of the ideological struggle at present.Now,the security risks and prevention and control of college network ideology are facing serious challenges.The internal and external interwoven and the development of media itself have weakened the control of college network ideology.Therefore,the leadership of network ideology should be firmly grasped,the theory learning and value guidance should be strengthened,the responsibility system should be implemented,and the discourse system should be innovated to strengthen the security prevention and control of network ideology in colleges and universities.
