民办高校辅导员学生管理工作创新路径研究——基于社会工作的视角

摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,在学生教育、管理和服务中扮演着十分重要的角色。当前,民办高校学生因其自身特殊属性,在性格特点、价值追求、学习方式、纪律遵守等方面给高校辅导员学生管理工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。近年来,社会工作发展态势向好,在社会问题解决、国家政策倡导、社会治理服务等方面展示了专业和职业优势。从社会工作视角出发,指出当前民办高校辅导员学生管理工作的困境,进而论述社会工作引入高校学生管理工作的可及性和可行性,最后从社会工作角度提出创新辅导员学生管理工作的路径。Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students,and play a very important role in the education,management and service of students.At present,due to their own special attributes,students in private colleges and universities have brought new opportunities and challenges to college counselors’student management in terms of personality characteristics,value pursuit,learning methods,discipline compliance,etc.In recent years,social work has shown a positive development trend,demonstrating professional advantages in social problem solving,national policy advocacy,and social governance services.From the perspective of social work,this paper points out the difficulties of the current private college counselor student management.Next,it discusses the accessibility and feasibility of introducing social work into the college student management.Finally,from the perspective of social work,it gives the route to innovate the counselor student management work.
