摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是党的重大战略决策,农村大学生凭借诸多天然优势在其中肩负着重大责任使命。基于当前农村大学生返乡发展顾虑多的情况,要积极挖掘农村大学生返乡发展的推动因素,还需不断发挥教育力量。实训教育能打开农村大学生实践的工作技能之门,创新创业教育强化农村大学生的返乡动力,大力发展农业高等教育有利于培养专业农科人才。发挥教育合力,提升农村大学生返乡意愿和实践动力。The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic decision of the Party.Rural college students,relying on many natural advantages,must shoulder the major responsibility.Based on the current anxiety reality of rural college students,in order to actively explore the driving factors of the return development of rural college students in reality,it is also necessary to continue to exert the power of education.Practical training education can open the door to practical work skills of rural college students,innovation and entrepreneurship education can strengthen the motivation of rural college students to return home,and vigorously develop agricultural higher education is conducive to training specialized agricultural talents.Give full play to the joint efforts of education to promote the ultimate improvement of rural college students’willingness and practice to return home.
