摘　　要：针对高校青年教师如何快速提升教学能力的问题,从青年教师身份的变化出发,分析青年教师心理上、内容上、方式上存在的问题,用良心活、技术活、艺术活及系统活总结青年教师思想上应该形成的教学职业认识。在此基础上提出了形神兼备、导师引领、以赛促教的教学能力提升方法。Aiming at the problem of how to quickly improve the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities,starting from the change of young teachers’status,this paper analyzes the common problems of young teachers in psychology,content and form,and uses conscience work,technology work,art work,and system work to summarize the professional knowledge in teaching that should be formed by young teachers ideologically.On this basis,it proposes a method for improvement of teaching ability,which combines both form and spirit,leads by the mentor,and promotes teaching with competition.
