摘　　要：就业是最大的民生。为适应我国产业升级需要,促进职业院校人才培养目标精准定位,推动产业链与人才链相通相容,以昆明冶金高等专科学校为例,根据本校学生就业的区域特点,在大数据技术的支持下,对社会主流招聘网站进行数据挖掘,统计分析了南方地区16个省份招聘市场与冶金与矿业类人才相关信息。通过对冶金与矿业类产业发展现状、技术技能需求结构、供需关系及典型职业的分析,可以发现随着转型升级的发展,不仅仅在云南等中西部地区,东部沿海地区经济发展总体水平较高的省市对冶金与矿业类人才的需求规模也较大,绝大部分冶金与矿业类职位对专业的人才需求层次以本科为主。社会需求较高的专业能力主要集中在热处理、金属材料、工艺、机械、设计等方面,通用能力主要集中在沟通和表达能力、团队合作、责任心等方面。对比本校人才培养与匹配情况,高频能力均在本校冶金与矿业类专业培养规格中有所体现,与社会需求的匹配度很高。学校可通过探索新型招生方式、组建职业本科等方式实现人才质量的跨越式发展。Employment is the greatest livelihood in China.In order to adapt to the needs of industrial upgrading,promote the precise positioning of talent cultivation goals in vocational colleges,and promote the integration and compatibility of the industrial chain and talent chain,this article takes Kunming Metallurgy College as an example.Based on the regional characteristics of students' employment,and with the support of big data technology,we conduct data mining on mainstream recruitment websites in society.Statistical analysis was conducted on the recruitment markets and information related to metallurgical and mining talents in 16 provinces in the southern region.Through the analysis of the current development status,technical skill demand structure,supply and demand relationship,and typical professions of the metallurgical and mining industries,it can be found that with the development of transformation and upgrading,not only in central and western regions of Yunnan,but also in provinces and cities with higher overall economic development levels in the eastern coastal areas,the demand for metallurgical and mining talents is also large.The vast majority of metallurgical and mining positions require professional talents mainly at undergraduate level.Professional abilities with high social demand are mainly concentrated in heat treatment,metal materials,processes,machinery,design,etc.,while general abilities are mainly concentrated in communication and expression skills,team cooperation,sense of responsibility,etc.Compared with the talent cultivation and matching situation of Kunming Metallurgy College,high-frequency abilities are reflected in the training specifications of metallurgical and mining majors at our school,which are highly matched with social needs.Kunming Metallurgy College can achieve leapfrog development in talent quality by exploring new enrollment methods and establishing vocational undergraduate programs.
