摘 要:采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术在X80管线钢表面制备掺氟类金刚石薄膜,使用原子力显微镜对薄膜表面三维形貌进行表征。通过划痕实验和摩擦磨损实验对薄膜的机械性能进行表征,利用电化学阻抗谱与动电位极化曲线对薄膜在完井液环境下的腐蚀行为进行分析。结果表明:随着掺氟量的增加,薄膜表面粗糙度增大,薄膜与基体的结合强度提高,耐磨性能降低。薄膜的耐蚀性能随着掺氟量的增加表现出先增大后减小的变化规律。Fluorine-doped diamond-like films were prepared on the surface of the X80 pipeline steels by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition technology and then the three-dimensional morphology of the film surface was characterized by atomic force microscope.The mechanical properties of the films were characterized by scratch testing and friction and wear testing,and the corrosion behaviors of the films in completion fluid environment were analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization curves.The analytical results showed that with the increasing content of fluorine,the surface roughness of the films increased,the bonding strength between the films and their substrates increased while the wear resistance decreased.On the other hand,the corrosion resistance of the films increased first and then decreased with the increasing content of fluorine.
